Welcome
The Membership of the IMF Retirees and Alumni Association (IMFRA) comprises all those who receive or are entitled to an IMF pension including retirees, surviving spouses/partners, and other beneficiaries. Membership is also open to former employees not eligible for an IMF pension but who separated from the IMF at or after age 50 with at least 5 years of service.
IMFRA actively promotes the interests of all Fund retirees and their spouses/partners through direct interactions with staff of the Fund to discuss and work on issues relevant to retirees most notably regarding the Staff Retirement and Medical Benefits plans. IMFRA also maintains ongoing liaisons with various IMF committees and associations as retirees’ associations of other international organizations.
As of June 10, 2025, we are 3,675 Pensioners strong.
